Who are we? Independent brokers/agents partnered with over 192 companies across the banking, insurance, and investment sectors of the industry. We are in business for ourselves but not by ourselves.
Where do we operate? Zoom. Because of Covid, we now have no limit on territories; however, we still have some physical offices in several locations for our conventions and we meet in tropical locations for quarterly team retreats.
What do we do? We assist in all areas of financial services and planning: cash flow/budgeting, emergency fund building/maintenance, debt management, proper protection, wealth building, and wealth preservation. Ultimately, we build distribution centers and offices dedicated to financial literacy and options.
When do we work? On our own time. Mentors will encourage certain hours, meetings, and tasks based on an agent's shared goals but will take the time to set individual and personalized structure.
How do we operate? We operate as a brokerage, agency model. Agents operate under their leadership and direct agency owners through team meetings, strategy sessions, and continued education.
Why do we do what we do? We want to change the financial trajectory of our country. We believe that the more we make, the more we can give.
We operate based on 5 F's (and in the following order): Faith, family, finance, fitness, and fun!
Basic Training Categories (30-45 days):
Licensing (Life & Annuities): online course ($29), agent agreement and background check ($125), state fingerprinting (state specific) and application (state specific), state exam (state specific).
Meetings:
- Maxout Monday (webinar), millionaire mentorship, takes place on Monday nights at 9:00pm EST (Optional).
- Tuesday Team Training (interactive Zoom), takes place on Tuesday nights at 7:30pm EST. Team training is strongly encouraged even for time-limited agents.
- Strategy Saturday (webinar) takes place on Saturdays at 10:30am EST (Optional).
Field Training: 10 Field Training appointments, live interactions and practice appointments to build your referral market.
Compensation
We are handing out opportunities in the most profitable (arguably most rewarding) industry in the world with no cap on earning potential as you accomplish promotion guidelines. Below are a few averages:
- Newly licensed agent helping 1 client a week (8-10 hours a week) = 4,200/mo
- Part-time agent helping 1 client a week, $5400/mo
- Agent helping 2 clients a week = $12,000/mo (20+ hours)
- Business owner/broker helping 1 client a week = $16,800+ (30+ hours)
- Associate: $52,000 Average Annual Income
- Senior Associate: $67,000 Average Annual Income
- Marketing Director: $92,000 Average Annual Income
- Senior Marketing Director: $283,000 Average Annual Income
- Chief Executive Officer: $450,000 Average Annual Income
